Tragic Car Accident in Arinj Village: Opel Collides with Concrete Wall and Overturns, One Fatality

On March 21, a major and tragic car accident occurred in the Kotayk region. At approximately 01:30 AM, a 34-year-old Grigor Grigoryan, a citizen of Georgia registered in the Kanaker-Zeytun administrative district of Yerevan, was driving his Opel Corsa on the ascending roadway of 1st lane of 6th street in Arinj village. Under unknown circumstances, while reversing, the vehicle collided with a concrete wall on the right side of the road and overturned.

According to Shamshyan.com from the scene, Grigoryan died on the spot, and the vehicle overturned. Rescuers brought the body found under the vehicle to the ambulance of the “Abovyan” medical center, then closed the gas cylinder and, together with the traffic police, turned the vehicle around to approach the tow truck.
