Body of Missing Resident Found in Burned State in Artsakh's Karmir Shuka

Thanks to the operational measures and searches conducted by officers of the Martuni district division of the Artsakh Ministry of Internal Affairs, the body of 48-year-old Vrej Poghosyan, a resident of the same community, has been found in a burned state in the administrative territory of the Karmir Shuka community in the Martuni district.

As previously reported, Vrej Poghosyan left his home yesterday around 23:00 and did not return.

A preliminary investigation is being carried out by the Artsakh Investigative Committee to clarify the details of the incident. The Martuni district police department is handling the verification.

Note: The suspect or accused is considered innocent until proven guilty in accordance with the procedure established by the Criminal Procedure Code of Artsakh, with a legally binding court decision.

Earlier, we reported that Vrej Albert Poghosyan, born in 1973, left his home at around 23:00 and has not returned.
