VIDEO: How the Clash Between the Journalist and the Minister Began

Today, a video was released showing how Minister of High-tech Industry Hakob Arshakyan attacked journalist Paylak Fahradyan, punching him in the face and damaging his computer.

The journalist, upon seeing Arshakyan in a café, asked him why he was present during working hours, after which he became the victim of the assault. The new video illustrates how the confrontation started.
