State of Emergency to be Lifted Soon, Says Edmon Marukyan
The state of emergency will be lifted soon, announced Edmon Marukyan, the leader of the "Enlightened Armenia" faction in the National Assembly.
The state of emergency has been in effect in the Republic of Armenia since September 27, due to the war unleashed by Azerbaijan against Artsakh.
