Search Operations for Fallen Soldiers and Missing Persons Begin in Jrakan
Search and rescue teams from Artsakh's emergency services have commenced operations on March 18 to locate missing and fallen soldiers in the Jrakan (Jebrayil) region. This was reported in a conversation with "Armenpress" by Hunan Tadevosyan, the head of the information and public relations department of the Artsakh Ministry of Internal Affairs.
Search efforts conducted in the Hadrut region on March 16 yielded no results, as a thick layer of snow still covers that area.
Since the territories came under Azerbaijani control, 1502 bodies have been discovered to date.
