Residential Neighborhood to Be Built in Zovuni and Commissioned Within 5 Years

A residential neighborhood will be constructed in the Zovuni community of the Kotayk region and is set to be commissioned within 5 years. This decision was made during today's government meeting.

Surik Papikyan, the Minister of Territorial Administration and Infrastructure, announced that the company "Magnolia-Comfort" LLC will develop the residential area in Zovuni as part of an investment program.

“After signing the purchase and sale agreement, construction and renovation works worth around 50 million drams will be implemented in Zovuni for a school, kindergarten, or playground,” the minister stated. According to him, the project could bring new life to the Zovuni community.

It is noted that the planned construction will take place on a 3.3-hectare plot of land, which will be sold to the developing company for 150 million 531 thousand drams.
