I Urge Not to Spread Untimely News About the Defense, Security, and Borders of Kapan: Parsyan

For several days now, information has been circulating on social networks stating that 'Tomorrow the heights of Kapan and 13 villages will be handed over to Azerbaijan.' In this regard, I want to clarify that this refers to my interview with the media on December 17, 2020, regarding the directive of the Ministry of Defense.

Kapan Mayor Gevorg Parsyan writes on his Facebook page: 'I urge media outlets and social network users not to spread untimely news about the defense, security, and borders of Kapan, and not to mislead the population.'
