General-Major Onik Gasparyan's lawsuit has been registered with Judge Mher Petrosyan. This was reported by lawyer Aram Vardevanyan on his Facebook page.

“Administrative Court Judge Mher Petrosyan has a predominantly positive reputation as a fair and just judge. General-Major Onik Gasparyan's lawsuit has indeed been registered with Judge Petrosyan. As always, the authorities, feeling they may receive an unfavorable court ruling, in this case concerning the satisfaction of the lawsuit allowing Onik Gasparyan to RETURN to fulfilling the duties of the Chief of the General Staff, have decided to exert pressure on the judge by all means. Perhaps this context also relates to comments made by a ruling party MP suggesting to 'take the courts.' I should also inform you that the justifications available to the public regarding the unconstitutional dismissal of the Chief of the General Staff are fully sufficient for the Administrative Court to apply the provision of the lawsuit,” he wrote.
