Armen Baghdasaryan, Director of Company Involved in David Galstyan's Case, to Remain in Custody

Armen Baghdasaryan, the director of the company involved in the case of arms dealer David Galstyan (known as "Patron David"), will remain in custody. This was reported to "Hraparak" by Baghdasaryan's lawyer, Armen Harutyunyan.

According to the lawyer, they had submitted a request to the court to choose an alternative measure of restraint not related to freedom, but the court, presided over by judge Mesrop Makyan, rejected the request. The same request will also be discussed regarding David Galstyan on March 24.

It is worth noting that the National Security Service (NSS) announced that David Galstyan, a businessman engaged in the arms trade, had been brought in for questioning on suspicion of large-scale embezzlement. The criminal case initiated and being investigated by the NSS investigative department has brought charges against Galstyan for particularly large-scale misappropriation.
