Nicola Pashinyan has deceived us all, he said, 'I will not go to an agreement without the opinion of the people,' but he went at night to negotiate. Could I have given my homeland to someone else? This was stated by Armen Nersisyan, a member of the Prosperous Armenia faction, during a city council meeting in Yerevan.

“How can one live in a family where the father has betrayed his children and family members? He has betrayed them with words. What good thing has he done that you are defending? What place is there for such defense?” he said.

In response, Ani Khachatryan, a member of the 'Light' faction, interjected, “Does your idiot (referring to Vazgen Manukyan) have a place to be defended that you have proposed him as a candidate for prime minister? You have taken him out of the political grave. I did not say this; Serzh Sargsyan gave him that name.”

Armen Nersisyan continued, “My face is clear; I sleep calmly. It is up to you to answer to your children for the mistakes you have made.” At that point, someone shouted something from the floor, and Armen Nersisyan stepped down and moved towards the audience. The city council members began to shout at each other as a scuffle broke out. Some were trying to separate them to prevent a fight.
