Criminal Case Involving Vanetsyan and Others Closed Due to Lack of Criminal Composition
The criminal case involving former NSS director and leader of the 'Homeland' party, Arthur Vanetsyan, and others has been closed due to a lack of criminal composition. This was confirmed by the Special Investigative Service in response to a query from NEWS.am.
The closed case was initiated in the investigative department of the National Security Service (NSS) following the discovery of unregistered weapons in the office of one of the service's employees.
"This criminal case was related to various senior officials of the NSS, and Arthur Vanetsyan was involved only to the extent that he held the position of NSS director during the same time period," stated the Special Investigative Service.
It is important to note that Vanetsyan has not had the status of a defendant in this case.
