Pashinyan's ardent supporter arrested for stealing expensive car mirrors, confessed

On March 15 at 10:51 AM, in Yerevan, the side mirrors of a parked Lexus car with license plate 73 VP 777 were stolen from the yard of building 7/6 on Argishti Street. The police confirmed the theft to the correspondent of yerkirmedia.am, declining to provide further details.

According to a police report, officers from the Central Division's Criminal Investigation Unit identified the suspect based on received operational data. The theft was committed by Atom Kamo Hatamyan, born on September 1, 1994, residing at Argishti St., building 15/17, apartment 26, who is not currently employed. He was apprehended at 2 PM on the same day at the Marash Police Station, where he provided a confession and was later released. The stolen items have been confiscated, and materials are being prepared for further action.

It is noteworthy that the individual arrested on suspicion of theft has frequently appeared in military attire in recent months as a fervent defender of Nikol Pashinyan. He has also identified himself as a member of the 'National Security Guards' initiative, giving interviews to pro-government media outlets and condemning those demanding Pashinyan's resignation. He and his associates, also dressed in military outfits, accompanied Pashinyan during a march to the Yerablur Pantheon on December 19 alongside security personnel.
