Continued Violations Against Tiran Khachatryan, Says Defense Attorney
The former first deputy chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces, Tiran Khachatryan's representative, Varuzhan Avetikyan, wrote on his Facebook page: 'The violations against Armenia's national hero, Lieutenant General Tiran Khachatryan, continue. It has been revealed that while the court has accepted the claim for review based on legal grounds, the corresponding decree of the President of Armenia was suspended. In response, the Minister of Defense has issued an order that ensures the implementation of the suspended decree from the President.'
'In light of this, we will be submitting new documents related to this case to the Administrative Court tomorrow (March 17) at 14:30, aimed at rectifying these violations. I invite all media outlets to join me at the entrance of the Administrative Court (23 G. Nzhdeh) at that time, where I will provide public clarifications regarding the violations committed.'
