VIDEO: Ombudsman's Office to Appeal to Constitutional Court if Government's Draft is Approved
The press conference of the Human Rights Defender Arman Tatoyan regarding the government initiative that leads to the independence of the office being undermined.
The proposed amendment allows for the reduction of the Ombudsman's annual budget.
If the draft is approved, the Human Rights Defender will appeal to the Constitutional Court.
