Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev announced during a meeting with OSCE Chairperson Ann Linde that Baku has already initiated a negotiation process with Armenia regarding the unblocking of transport communications, as reported by РИА Новости.

"We have already started the negotiation process with Armenia regarding the opening of communications. This is part of the declaration signed on November 10. Several meetings have already taken place at various levels. This could be a turning point to completely close the chapter of the war. The opening of communications will benefit all countries in the region, create new opportunities, and provide new dynamics. I state openly that Azerbaijan is ready for this," Aliyev said.
