Aram Sargsyan, Arrested in the Case of 'Gagik Soghomonyan', Released
The Court of Appeal of Armenia, presided over by Judge Lusine Abgaryan, has completely overturned the decision of the first-instance court dated February 21, 2021, recognizing the arrest of Aram Sargsyan as unlawful and lifting the detention measures applied to him.
This was reported by Aram Sargsyan's lawyer, Benik Galstyan. It is important to note that Aram Sargsyan was detained in connection with the case of a fake user 'Gagik Soghomonyan'.
