Is There One Responsible and Guilty Party, and If So, Who Is It? Arshavir Gharamanyan

The former Secretary of the Security Council of Artsakh, Arshavir Gharamanyan, writes on his Facebook page: “Is there one responsible and guilty party, and if so, who is it? It was clear to anyone who was somewhat aware of regional geopolitical and military-political realities and developments, except for the military-political leaders of the two Armenian states, that after the well-known TAVUSH border incident in July 2020, Azerbaijan's 'hands' were no longer tied in attempting to solve the Artsakh issue militarily in its favor. The leaders of the Armenian states were celebrating and promoting the so-called 'July Heroic Battle' as if in a state of understandable euphoria.

In the period following the 'July Heroic Battle,' the actions of the authorities of the Armenian paired states are recalled:
1. Unsubstantiated advertising of what the Armenian Armed Forces did and did not do in a 'Acronym' style.
2. Mythical presentations of the application of products from the Armenian military-industrial complex and high technologies in combat conditions.
3. Unfounded and lavishly awarded combat high honors and military ranks.
4. The Armenian Armed Forces being arrogant presented as the guarantor of peace and security in the region, which as it became clear shortly afterward, was nothing more than self-deception and manipulation.
