Daniel Ioannisyan Enters State Institution and Initiates Brawl: Public Relations Employee Details Incident

1. Daniel Ioannisyan has entered a state institution under public protection.

2. He entered my office and asked me to leave.

3. Outside, 3-4 other individuals were waiting.

4. Upon learning about the incident, several colleagues approached.

5. During the conversation, Daniel insulted and incited a brawl.

6. Subsequently, he withdrew from the fight, resulting in his friends getting hurt.

7. The guys who were with Daniel reached out to me late last night, and we met. During the meeting, it became clear that Daniel had deceived them and hadn’t presented the complete issue. I will remain silent about other aspects of what they said.

8. All issues related to them have been resolved. This was stated by Rafael Afrikyan, an employee of the Public Relations and Information Agency, on his Facebook page, confirming reports circulating in the media.

“Now about future actions. As many may know, I once worked with Daniel in the same organization, but at some point, I felt I had ideological disagreements with him that made it impossible to have not only a working relationship but any kind of communication. Many refer to Daniel as a human rights defender or an NGO lackey; however, in my opinion, he is merely a lobbyist-preacher. His mission in Armenia revolves around conducting anti-Russian propaganda. I will periodically present interesting episodes regarding this,” he added.

It is noteworthy that yesterday the media reported that Daniel Ioannisyan, along with a group of boys, visited the Public Relations Agency and aggressively attacked the agency’s employees. A brawl ensued involving him. It should be mentioned that on the morning before this incident, Rafael Afrikyan had made a post on his Facebook page in which he recounted several episodes of Ioannisyan's anti-Armenian activities during the war. He had visited Afrikyan’s workplace with a group of boys to settle scores. The hooligan group began to insult and physically assault Rafael and his colleagues.

The incident took place on Orbeli Street, and it is possible that some surveillance cameras may have recorded the event.
