Investigative Committee Does Not Deny Validity of Scandalous Videos Related to Prime Minister's Adviser
The Head of the Special Investigation Department of the Investigative Committee, Arthur Ayvazyan, has submitted a report regarding the illegal access to a personal email and the downloading of information. This was confirmed by the Investigative Committee of the Republic of Armenia in response to a query from NEWS.am.
In response to the article titled "It is the advisor of Pashinyan who is instructing what charges to bring against Ruben and Rafik Hayrapetyan. Scandalous video" published on 168.am, it is reported that a report has been submitted by the investigator concerning the illegal access to the personal email and the illegal downloading of information published in the video, which has been sent to the Chief Prosecutor of the Republic of Armenia for consideration.
Thus, the Investigative Committee essentially confirms that the mentioned email belongs to the investigator, and that the disseminated information was downloaded from the investigator's email account.
Earlier, the Prosecutor's Office also announced that the publication by the site and the attorney's report have been forwarded to the National Security Service of the Republic of Armenia for material preparation.
Recall that yesterday, 168.am published a video about how Anna Vardapetyan, the legal advisor to Nikol Pashinyan, is intervening in the preliminary investigation of the criminal cases against businessman Ruben Hayrapetyan and his son Rafik Hayrapetyan, making amendments to the case materials, and essentially instructing the key actors.
Published facts include that investigator Arthur Ayvazyan and Ruben Davtyan, the head of the criminal police department, are receiving directives via email from Anna Vardapetyan regarding specific decisions, particularly concerning the involvement of Ruben Hayrapetyan and his son Rafik Hayrapetyan as defendants.
