In addition to Maral, there are reportedly 3 more Armenian women captives in Azerbaijan: Zohrabyan
There are reportedly still 3 Armenian women in captivity in Azerbaijan. This information was shared with Sputnik Armenia by MP Naira Zohrabyan, commenting on the news of the return of Beirut-born Maral Najarian.
"One of them, Silvana, has been confirmed, but we do not yet have confirmation for the others; however, the alleged captives are a mother and daughter. We also have a large number of military captives," said Zohrabyan.
She also mentioned that she learned last night that Maral is already in Istanbul and is flying to Beirut at 9:30 AM. "At that moment, I just wrote: our prayers are with you. She was greeted in Beirut by her son and relatives. Immediately after landing, I spoke with a relative. They said she is tired and exhausted, but the important thing is that she is in the arms of her family. I know what a difficult situation Maral's father was in, who had been given some incorrect information during this time and had almost suffered a stroke. I hope everything is behind us now," she said. Zohrabyan noted that Maral will undergo extensive medical examinations starting today.
