Court Accepts Tiran Khachatryan's Application
The Administrative Court has accepted the application of Tiran Khachatryan, the former first deputy chief of staff of the Armenian armed forces.
He filed a lawsuit on March 3, requesting the court to annul the presidential decree that dismissed him from his position.
The preliminary court hearing will take place on April 29.
