Vayots Dzor Province: 11:00-15:00 in Yeghegnadzor City - partial on Khorenatsi, Gladzor, Alaverdyan, Andranik, Zoravar Vardani, Kamoyan, Kirov, Mikoyan, Momik, Chalabyan, Sevaki, and Telavi Streets, and partial on Yerevanyan Highway, partial in Rind village. Kotayk Province: 10:30-16:30 in Yeghvard City - partial on Shiraki Street, all territories of Bologh lands, partial in Apricot lands and adjacent non-residential subscribers, fully in Kanakerravan community streets 12 and 13 and adjacent non-residential subscribers, in Zovuni community streets 8, 9, 33, 35, 36, 37 and adjacent non-residential subscribers.

Gegharkunik Province: 11:00–12:00 fully in Tsovinar community and adjacent non-residential subscribers. Lori Province: 11:00-13:00 in Vanadzor City - Energetic residential area, Bazum, Aznvadzor, Archut and Archut railway villages, 14:00-17:00 in Vanadzor City - chemical plant, Tsalkut, Kentron, fully in 3rd part neighborhoods, partial in Tavros neighborhood, fully in Myasnikyan, Spandaryan, and Garegin Nzhdeh streets, partially in Shirakatsi, Tigran the Great, and Vardanants streets.
