Ruben Hayrapetyan's Lawyer to File Criminal Complaint Following Scandalous Video Revelations

“I responsibly declare that the published videos contain undeniable evidence of serious crimes committed by an organized criminal group orchestrated by public officials,” wrote Ruben Hayrapetyan's lawyer Amram Makinyan on his Facebook page, attaching videos published by 168.am.

“The videos clearly show how Anna Vardapetyan, assistant to Nikol Pashinyan, is editing and sending a decision to investigator A. Aivazyan of the Investigative Committee regarding the involvement of Ruben Hayrapetyan’s son, Rafik Hayrapetyan, as a suspect. It also clearly shows that investigator A. Aivazyan is sending documents containing the Hayrapetyans' banking secrets to Anna Vardapetyan... Now the question is, madam and sir, by whose order and what motivation did you commit these crimes... did you really need to sit in for someone else?”

“This morning, I will be submitting a written complaint about the crime to the Prosecutor General's Office, and until then, let me say that staying up all night and clearing the correspondence will not help in evading criminal responsibility… After a detailed examination of the videos, I will hold a press conference.”
