Fighting Resumes in Donbass

Fighting has resumed in the village of Mikhailovka (Zolotoe-5) in Donbass between the armed forces of Ukraine and the self-proclaimed People's Militia of the Luhansk People's Republic. This was reported by the news agency RIA Novosti, citing a former official representative of the militia, Andrey Marochko.

He posted a video showing intense gunfire from various weapons. According to Marochko, the Ukrainian forces are using firearms and mortars, and there is a school in the shelling zone.

“Local residents report that many bullets are ricocheting off the walls of houses,” he wrote. According to the authorities of the self-proclaimed republic, one militia member has been injured.
