NSS Director Instructs Department Heads to Find Fake User Gagik Sogomonian at All Costs, Says Gabrielyan

Russia-based media manager Aram Gabrielyan reports that the Director of the National Security Service (NSS), Armen Abazyan, summoned the heads of the Press Service and Information Department and the Technical Support Division to his office at the end of the week. He instructed them to find the individual managing the fake Gagik Sogomonian account at all costs. Abazyan emphasized that locating this fake account is a matter of honor for them.

After leaving Abazyan's office, the heads of the Press Service and Information Department and the Technical Support Division began laughing, stating that it is not their matter but rather a personal issue of Abazyan's honor, implying he should deal with it himself. They have been instructed to approach the matter without excessive enthusiasm.

According to Gabrielyan, among the list of VPN-using citizens compiled by NSS officers from February 15 to 19, is also human rights defender Ruben Melikyan.
