This was stated by NA Bright Armenia faction MP Naira Zohrabyan on her Facebook page where she also published a video of Defense Minister Vagharshak Harutyunyan, who two years ago claimed that Azerbaijan could not start a large-scale war and achieve its goals because we have a powerful air defense system.

Zohrabyan also added: “Our boys fell under the Turkish Bayraktar’s meat grinder because Nikol preferred to buy toy SU-25s for his selfies instead of purchasing an air defense system. This person, who speaks and claims that we have a strong and invulnerable air defense system and that Azerbaijan is just a dog that cannot defeat us in war, is today the Minister of Defense of the Republic of Armenia.”
