The Ministry of Health of Armenia has signed a contract worth approximately $2 million (1 billion AMD) with the company "MIBS," which is managed by Arsen Torosyan's wife, Vardanush Tevanyan, during his tenure as Minister. It is worth noting that Torosyan served as Minister of Health from May 12, 2018, until January 18, 2021. A contract with the company was also signed about a month before Torosyan's dismissal, on December 28, 2020, amounting to 72.6 million AMD.
The first contract between the Ministry of Health and the company was established in 2014, with a contractual amount of 20.0 million AMD.
