My Client Accessed the Internet 6 Minutes After ‘Gagik Soghomonyan’ Post

As a result of operational-intelligence measures taken by the relevant division of the NSS of Armenia, it has been revealed that on February 19, 2021, from 20:40 to 20:42, a post was made on the Facebook page of ‘Gagik Soghomonyan’. At the same time, it was noted that on the same day, February 19, 2021, at 20:48, my client, the father of three minor children, accessed the internet through the IP address 178.17.168.170, which is installed at Aram Sargsyan's residence. This was reported by lawyer Benik Galstyan on his Facebook page.

“Did you notice the absurdity? In essence, the Facebook user under investigation made their post by 20:42 inclusive, whereas my client connected to the mentioned address only after 20:48. Considering the fact that the timestamp of the internet connection is a complex, multi-layered phenomenon that cannot be controlled by either the NSS of Armenia, the Prime Minister, or even the ‘Gagik Soghomonyan’ user, it should be noted that the NSS of Armenia itself confirms my client’s alibi. Even if he did access the internet through the corresponding IP address, it was at least 6 minutes after the post by Gagik Soghomonyan, and this fact itself confirms that my client cannot be ‘Gagik Soghomonyan’,” wrote Galstyan.
