Tiran Khachatryan Files Lawsuit Against Armen Sarkissian
Tiran Khachatryan has filed a lawsuit against the President of Armenia, Armen Sarkissian, demanding the annulment of the presidential decree No. N8 25-A issued on February 24, 2021, which dismissed him from the position of First Deputy Chief of Staff of the Armed Forces of Armenia. The lawsuit was submitted to the court on March 3. It is currently under the jurisdiction of Judge Meri Hambardzumyan.
