A Giant Flag of Armenia to Be Flown at the Highest Point of Shurnukh

In Shurnukh, the enemy is not conducting any engineering work. This was stated by the village mayor of Shurnukh, Hakob Arshakyan, during a conversation with Factinfo.

"The day they start such work here, we will curse them. If that happens, I will be the first obstacle for them. If we notice such actions in our area, even our women will not tolerate it," said Hakob Arshakyan.

Earlier, we reported that Goris Deputy Mayors Irina Yolyane and Menua Hovsepyan had raised alarms, indicating that the enemy has started engineering work in Vorotan. Irina Yolyane wrote that soon we might see a trench dug from Vorotan to the center of Shurnukh.

Hakob Arshakyan notes that the Vorotan community head understands what this means, and if he speaks out about it, there may naturally be a cause for concern.

Despite the situation in the Syunik region, the mayor of Shurnukh assures that they are vigilant, and at this moment, they are raising the Armenian flag in the village: "Our work is not engineering, but moral."
