MPs to Receive Additional 50,000 Drams Monthly

The government plans to amend Article 11 of the law on "Compensation for Public and State Service Positions," under which members of the National Assembly will receive a monthly compensation of 50,000 drams for expenses related to their parliamentary activities. This issue is included in the agenda for the Armenian government's meeting tomorrow.

It is noteworthy that after tax deductions, MPs receive an approximately 500,000 dram salary.
