New Version Released for 'Travel Without Covid-19' Program

The 'Travel Without Covid-19' electronic program, which started on February 1, has been extended until April 1.

As a result of the cooperation between the governments of the Republic of Armenia and the Russian Federation, individuals will be able to cross the border and enter the Russian Federation based on a negative laboratory test through the aforementioned electronic program at the border crossing points of the two countries until April 1.

The steps to use the application are as follows: Before traveling to the Russian Federation, it is necessary to download the 'Travel Without Covid-19' application. A citizen must approach a laboratory that conducts PCR testing (included in the program) with the passport they will use for travel, provide the necessary data, which is entered by the laboratory into the 'Free Movement' state information electronic platform. The laboratory provides the citizen with a system-generated agreement containing a two-dimensional protected barcode (QR code).

The citizen signs the agreement, downloads the mobile application, scans the QR code present in the agreement, and submits the Covid-19 test. The laboratory enters the test results into the system, which is reflected in the application downloaded by the citizen, colored according to the QR code: red for a positive response and green for a negative one.

Before departure, the individual must ensure that the information about the test results is present in the mobile application and that the date corresponds to the departure date, up to a maximum of 72 hours before the flight. When crossing the border, the QR code of the mobile application is presented.

The program includes ten private laboratories that provide paid services:

5. 'Prom-Test' Laboratory

8. 'Arabkir' Medical Complex - Institute for Adolescent Health LLC
9. 'Sirmed' LLC
10. 'Diagn Plus Virus' LLC

Moreover, there is no longer a need to keep the test results of each family member on separate smartphones. A new version of the application has been released, allowing the results of all family members' Covid-19 tests to be saved in one application.
