Criminal Case Initiated for Violating Constitutional Order in Artsakh

The Special Investigative Division of the Prosecutor General's Office of the Republic of Artsakh has initiated a criminal case under Article 312, Part 1 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Artsakh, which pertains to the violation of constitutional order. This was reported by the Prosecutor General’s Office of Artsakh, providing further details that the preliminary investigation will be conducted by a group formed from the investigators of the Special Investigative Division.

“The criminal case was initiated following the discussion of a joint report submitted to the Prosecutor General's Office by public organizations operating in Artsakh on December 12, 2020, concerning the alleged crime. The Prosecutor's Office will periodically provide the public with information regarding the progress and results of the pre-trial proceedings,” the Prosecutor General’s Office stated.
