The Stronger We Stand Here, the Stronger the President and Army of Armenia Will Be: Vazgen Manukyan

Today, you have proven that we are already recovering, the army is recovering as well. This was stated today by the united opposition candidate, Vazgen Manukyan, during an opposition rally.

“Almost the entire population is here, and everyone is with us with the same enthusiasm. Sometimes, I am told that there are lost souls; I do not accept that term, I do not accept those who continue to remain lost after the defeat in war. It is this people that must restore Armenia again, create an army, conquer Artsakh, and demonstrate its power,” he said.

Vazgen Manukyan emphasized that this struggle is not about replacing a bad leader, as we do not have a bad leader, but about the fact that our country has been conquered by enemies. “We must not only restore what was before; we must reach a higher level. Our mistakes, failures, and crimes have led to the enemy capturing Armenia, and if we continue in the same way, more enemies will capture Armenia. We need to be reborn at a new level, loving each other in new ways, with new dreams and new aspirations, with great ideas, great principles, not just for the sake of survival. Today's events show that this will happen, but we have a lot of work to do,” he stated.

Vazgen Manukyan recalled that Nikol Pashinyan has once again sent the resignation request of Onik Gasparyan to Armen Sarkissian. “The president is standing firm, but his strength also depends on our strength; the stronger we stand here, the stronger he will be, and the stronger the army will be. All of Armenia must rise so that his departure becomes inevitable,” he said.
