Artsakh Interior Ministry Denies Participation in Yerevan Rally
The information circulating in the press suggesting that the police and emergency situations service units operating under the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Artsakh are being sent to Yerevan in civilian clothing to participate in the rally called by Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan is not true. This was stated by Hunan Tadevosyan, head of the Information and Public Relations Department of the Artsakh Interior Ministry, in an interview with Armenpress.
“The Artsakh Ministry of Internal Affairs is a depoliticized structure whose mission is to ensure the internal security of the country. The ministry is not involved in any political processes,” Tadevosyan emphasized.
