Pedestrian Accidents in Yerevan: One Dead, One Injured
On February 27, a double pedestrian accident occurred in Yerevan. Around 07:10, a 55-year-old resident of Yerevan, Armen A., driving a Honda with license plate 66 AA 678, hit two pedestrians on Sebastia Street, in front of "Yerevan City". This was reported by Shamshyan.com.
The hit pedestrians were thrown into the opposite lane, resulting in one of them being hit again by a Mercedes with license plate 77 TG 707, driven by 23-year-old Aris Takis from Talin.
Before the ambulance arrived, bystanders assisted the injured and helped transport them to the "Astghik" Medical Center using an ambulance.
The drivers were subjected to sobriety tests on the spot, which revealed that they were sober.
