Navalny Transferred to Colony in Kolomna

Opposition leader Alexei Navalny has been transferred to Colony No. 6 in Kolomna. According to the Life Shot Telegram channel, citing a source, the move from Matrosskaya Tishina to the Kolomna facility took three hours.

At the same time, "Open Media" reported that Navalny's lawyer Vadim Kobzev is not aware of such information, while a duty officer from Kolomna's KFG-6 stated in a conversation with "MBKh Media" that Navalny has not been transferred to the colony.

The colony is located just 100 km away from Navalny's home and is designed to hold 800 inmates. It was renovated last year.

Earlier, Alexander Kalashnikov, director of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia, stated that "Navalny, if he wishes, can engage in any production activities." In this colony, he could work in the sewing workshop or in agriculture. Interestingly, the colony has its own bakery and even a pasta production facility.

It is possible that Alexei will periodically have access to social networks, as the colony has an IT classroom connected to the internet.
