Two Facts About the Army from the Capitulator: Arpine Hovhannisyan

I want to highlight two facts regarding the army related to the capitulator:

This is noted by former Minister of Justice and former Deputy Speaker of the National Assembly Arpine Hovhannisyan on her Facebook page.

“Fact 1: In 2017, defense expenditures increased by 198.6 billion drams compared to 2007. This means that over the course of ten years, defense expenditures increased by an average of about 20 billion drams annually. As a result of Pashinyan's incompetent governance, in 2021, defense expenditures increased by only 17.8 billion drams compared to 2017, meaning that in four years, the increase was less than what had previously been achieved each year.”

“Fact 2: Since May 2018, the entire replenishment of the Armed Forces' weaponry and ammunition has been carried out under contracts signed by the previous government. Pashinyan's incompetent team has managed to do just two things: 1. Cancel several important contracts signed by the previous government for the supply of, for example, air defense systems (two batches of 'TOR' complexes, etc.), 2. Instead of the canceled contracts, purchase OSA-AK systems and SU-30s, which during the war demonstrated the absurdity of that acquisition.”
