The general’s epaulettes have changed only Gasparyan’s status, but not his state of mind or moral character. The ocean of patience that Onik Gasparyan possesses serves as an example for his comrades, combat mates, employees, and fellow servicemen. All who have interacted with him will attest to Onik Gasparyan’s professional skills and his exceptional ability to unite. I have much to say, but how do you take a person who lives a military and moral life out of his element, to the point where he steps out from behind the scenes for the sake of the state and fights publicly...’
