Former head of the Public Radio Company, Symbat Gogyann, addressed the Prime Minister's call for citizens to gather at Republic Square on his Facebook page.

“Believing in your potential, you will make promises to the people and come to power. At your first rally, everyone will show up. You will say that the National Assembly is hindering development, and by the people's demand, the National Assembly will be dissolved. Then, at the next rally, fewer people will come, and you will say that Hrayr Tovmasyan is hindering development, and the people will demand that Hrayr Tovmasyan step down. And when there is an attempted military coup in the country and you invite the people to Republic Square, no one will come because you have deceived everyone. You wanted to do good but were unable and did not try to learn. They won’t come, but deep down, they will know that your alternative is worse than you. Nevertheless, they will not come, as your deceptions and the emotions surrounding them are much fresher,” wrote Symbat Gogyann.
