In response to the statement issued by the Armenian Armed Forces demanding the resignation of the Prime Minister and the government, ArmDaily.am sought commentary from the former Chief of the General Staff, Artak Davtyan. To the question of whether this can be considered an attempt at a military coup, he replied, 'Yes.'
