Turkey's Foreign Ministry Condemns Attempted Coup in Armenia

Turkey opposes the violent seizure of power in any country, which applies to the events occurring in Armenia as well. This was stated by Turkey's Foreign Minister Mevlüt Çavuşoğlu during a joint press conference with Hungary's Foreign Minister. Çavuşoğlu noted that Turkey has had no communication with the authorities in Armenia, but Ankara maintains a principled stance on the issue of coups.
