Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan Blames Iskander for His Defeat, Proving Again His Anti-State Mentality - Thomasyan

In my speech on November 16, I warned about what is currently happening on the streets of Yerevan. This was written by Artak Thomasyan, head of the "Thomasyan" foundation, on his Facebook page.

"I said that our country is in a very deep economic, political, and governance crisis. As a result of the government's foreign policy of capitulation, internal politics can lead to civil clashes. Today, such clashes are inevitable in Armenia, as the internal political situation is extremely tense.

In this context, I again appeal to the security forces. Remember, guys, you are part of the Armenian nation, and these changes are also for you. Do not carry out illegal orders, do not give in to provocations, and do not act against the people just to extend the power of the government.

I remind all employees of the police, National Security Service, and other security agencies that before you stand your mothers and sisters, your wives, and your children. Dear mothers and sisters, keep your fathers and sons who serve in the security forces away from this calamity.

At the same time, I appeal to all members of the National Assembly: today is not about the interests of different factions. We all must stand up and remove this government solely through constitutional means. Members of the "My Step" faction, you have an exceptional opportunity for self-purification. Do not take such responsibility upon yourselves, do not act against the people, do not prioritize your personal interests, do not help the government cling to its seats, and start the process of impeachment against Nikol Pashinyan.

Urgently invite political consultations with representatives of parliamentary factions, hold an extraordinary session and express no confidence in the Prime Minister, handing over the governance of the state to a temporary government. Only in this case can the country be spared from unnecessary shocks and civil clashes, the danger of which is greater today than ever before.

Even in his defeat, Nikol Pashinyan, who blames Iskander, again proves his anti-state mentality and shows his weakness by governing not the state, but the people," he wrote.
