Armen Sarkissian Returns Decision on Dismissal of Chief of Staff Onik Gasparyan to Pashinyan

President Armen Sarkissian has returned the decision to dismiss Chief of Staff Onik Gasparyan to Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, objecting to the Prime Minister's decision. This is reported by Hraparak.am.

It should be reminded that under the current legislation, Armen Sarkissian had a three-day period to either approve or object by returning the decision. If Nikol Pashinyan does not accept the return, the president can send it to the Constitutional Court, where the issue of constitutionality will be examined. In the meantime, Onik Gasparyan will continue to serve as Chief of Staff.
