Tragic Incident in Lori Province: Firefighters Discover Woman's Body While Extinguishing Apartment Fire; Two Hospitalized

On February 24, at around 5:15 PM, the Ministry of Emergency Situations received an emergency call reporting a fire at 11 Chukhajyan Street in Vanadzor. As reported by photojournalist Gagik Shamshyan, firefighters, with the help of citizens, managed to extinguish the fire and discovered the charred body of 59-year-old Marine Goginyan.

Two individuals, 36-year-old Karen Agajanian and 34-year-old Karine Agajanian, were transported to the hospital from the scene. Investigations are underway regarding the incident, and a forensic examination of the body has been ordered by the investigator.
