The police attempted to detain Ishkhan Saghatelyan, a member of the Armenian Revolutionary Federation (ARF), but he tried to flee. The police pursued him, and when they caught up with him, Saghatelyan continued to resist.

During this altercation, blood was noticed near his mouth, prompting the police to eventually let him go.

It is worth noting that Ishkhan Saghatelyan, the coordinator of the 'Home Protection Movement,' announced yesterday that, according to their information, Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan would be visiting the Government's third building today at 11:30 AM. He called on their supporters to gather in front of the Government building at that time to block the entrances and prevent the Prime Minister from entering.

However, the movement's members were unsuccessful in achieving this goal, as the Prime Minister walked from the Government building towards the third building.
