I Apologize on Behalf of the Participants of the March: Arsen Babayan

The former Deputy Chief of Staff of the National Assembly, Arsen Babayan, writes on his Facebook page:

"I just learned that an incident occurred today during the march involving a journalist and operator from Radio Azatutyun. Dear citizens, I consider any violence or hatred, especially against representatives of the media, an unacceptable and extremely condemnable act. I urge our citizens, under any circumstances, not to target representatives of the media.

I apologize on behalf of the participants of the march for what happened, and I will be more attentive from now on to prevent such incidents from happening again."
