Two Poisoned While Taking a Bath, One of Them is a 2-Year-Old Child

On February 21, reports were received by the police department in Stepanakert from the 'Arevik' children's medical center and the 'Republican Medical Center' about residents of the capital who were admitted with carbon monoxide poisoning. The individuals included A. A., born in 2019, and A. G., born in 1999.

It has been determined through investigation that these individuals were poisoned by carbon monoxide around 01:30 that same day while taking a bath in their apartment. The source of the gas was a gas water heater installed in the kitchen.

A forensic examination has been ordered. The investigation is being handled by the police department in Stepanakert.
