Azerbaijani Side Prohibits Search Operations Without Comment
Search operations have not been carried out since February 15, according to Artsakh's Emergency Situations Service.
The Azerbaijani side has once again prohibited the implementation of rescue and search operations in settlements outside of Artsakh's control without any comments today. This marks the first time since the ceasefire that search operations have been suspended for such an extended period.
