The Section from Tatev Intersection to Goris is Closed in Both Directions

The Ministry of Emergency Situations informs that there are closed roads in the territory of the Republic of Armenia.

The Berd-Chambarak road is closed, as well as the roads from the "Amberd" high-altitude meteorological station in Aragatsotn Province to Amberd Fortress and to Karch Lake.

In the Syunik Province, there is black ice in some areas of the Sisian-Zanger and Shurnukh-Nor Arajdzor sections. In Vayots Dzor Province, snow is falling in the town of Jermuk.

The stretch of the M-2 interstate road from 223 to 229 km (from Tatev Intersection to Goris) is closed in both directions for all types of vehicles due to heavy snowfall.
